1. Introduction Welcome to Natured Farms (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Customer: Any individual or entity that accesses the Service, places an order, or purchases products from Natured Farms.

  • Products: Any seafood items, meal kits, or related goods sold through our Service.

  • Website: The online platform accessible at naturedfarms.bs.

3. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

  • Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices listed on the Website do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country of residence.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the Bahamas via refrigerated courier. International shipping is available on request.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; Natured Farms is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable Products: Due to the nature of our seafood products, we cannot accept returns. If a product arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original packaging; shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Product Information & Allergens

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, nutrition facts, and allergen information.

  • Customers with severe allergies should review labels carefully and contact us for cross-contamination protocols.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Natured Farms or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natured Farms and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Natured Farms from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
