We specialize in Fresh Snapper, farm-raised Tilapia, Cobia meal kits, plus wild-catch specialties like Pre-Breaded Fillets, Pre-Breaded Conch, Crab Cakes, and premium Lobster Meat.

Tilapia and Cobia are raised in our sustainably managed ponds under strict environmental controls. Conch, crab, snapper, and lobster are wild-harvested by local Bahamian fishers following responsible practices.

Every catch goes from pond or sea to our facility, where it’s flash-frozen, vacuum-sealed, and freeze-fresh locked to preserve flavor, texture, and nutrients.

Keep all vacuum-sealed products frozen at –18 °C (0 °F). They’ll stay at peak quality for up to 12 months.

  • Meal Kits (Tilapia/Cobia): Bake at 200 °C (400 °F) for 12–15 minutes or microwave on high for 3–4 minutes.
  • Pre-Breaded Conch & Crab Cakes: Pan-fry from frozen in ¼″ of oil for 4–5 minutes per side, or bake at 200 °C for 10–12 minutes.

  • Lobster Meat: Reheat gently in boiling water or steam for 2–3 minutes.

No—our products contain only natural ingredients and seasonings, with no artificial preservatives, trans-fats, or fillers.

We currently ship throughout the Bahamas via overnight refrigerated courier. International shipping is available on request—please contact us for rates and transit times.
