OUR STORY
What began over a decade ago as hand-delivered fresh catch from the back of his car has now grown into a fully certified, vertically integrated seafood operation. Today, we combine sustainable aquaculture, local wild-caught partnerships, and HACCP & SCP-certified processing to ensure consistent, safe, and traceable seafood—year-round. Developed by our founder, Landrail Gibson, the Diamond Philosophy is the foundation of how we operate as a unified team at Natured Farms. It’s about recognizing our individual strengths while embracing what others do best—fostering trust, collaboration, and humility.

Our mission is to feed the Bahamas with all-natural products that carry our culture in every package, reducing import dependency, empowering local farmers and fishermen, celebrating Bahamian heritage through our traditional taste and culture (2TC) model, and expanding globally—sharing the true taste of the Bahamas from the deep to the shore and to their table. “What are you bringing to the table?”
